Tokens are distributed at the Token Generation Event (TGE), targeted for September 8, 2026, a few days after the auction closes.
The 30-day lock
All sale tokens (and bonus tokens) arrive locked. They cannot be sold or transferred for 30 days after TGE. During this window:
The price guarantee registration is open. Vouching your locked tokens is what activates the guarantee.
Locked tokens can be vouched; they just can't be transferred.
Unlock
On October 8, 2026, tokens become fully transferable. From that point you can hold, vouch, sell, or transfer freely, keeping in mind that unvouching forfeits the price guarantee on those tokens.
Why the lock exists
The 30-day window gives every buyer the same decision period to activate the price guarantee before any sale tokens can hit the market. Nobody can dump on you while you're deciding.
