If you see "Not connected to Ethos" next to your wallet in the connection menu, it means the wallet you've connected isn't associated with an Ethos profile. This can happen in one of two situations, find the situation that applies to you below.
I already have an Ethos profile
Your connected wallet just isn't linked to your profile yet. To fix this, sign in to Ethos and add your bidding wallet to your profile. Step-by-step instructions are here: How do I add another wallet?
Why this matters: bonus eligibility follows your bidding wallet. You're only eligible for the XP Bonus and the Referral Program if the wallet you bid with is connected to your Ethos profile.
I don't have an Ethos profile
Ethos is invite-only, but your participation automatically earns you an invite.
Go to app.ethos.network/invite/accept and connect the wallet that you bid in the auction with. It will walk you through the steps to create your profile.
Once you've set up your profile, be sure to connect your bidding wallet to your profile when setting up your account. You'll then be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, as long as your bid ultimately clears and fills.
