Your USDC is returned in full if:
Your maximum bid price ends up below the final clearing price, or
The sale is oversubscribed at the cap and your bid could not be filled. Unfilled amounts are refunded, including partial fills.
Refunds are processed after the auction closes on September 4.
You do not need to do anything to claim a refund. It returns to the wallet you bid from.
